{"id":392,"date":"2019-11-28T12:45:22","date_gmt":"2019-11-28T09:45:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test.korpusprava.com\/?p=392"},"modified":"2020-02-05T12:53:37","modified_gmt":"2020-02-05T09:53:37","slug":"corporate-changes-on-cyprus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/test.korpusprava.com\/en\/news\/2019\/11\/corporate-changes-on-cyprus\/","title":{"rendered":"Corporate changes on Cyprus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As of 18\/12\/2019, further penalties shall apply with regards to the submission of the following Notices to the Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Notice of change of Registered Address (HE 2): Every submission beyond the time-frame prescribed by the law, shall be burdened with a fixed penalty in the amount of \u20ac50,00 plus \u20ac1,00 for each day of delay with a cap penalty in the amount of \u20ac250,00.<\/li>\n<li>Notice of change of Officers (HE 4): Every submission beyond the time-frame prescribed by the law, shall be burdened with a fixed penalty in the amount of \u20ac50,00 plus \u20ac1,00 for each day of delay with a cap penalty in the amount of \u20ac250,00.<\/li>\n<li>Notice with regards to the Allotment of Shares (HE 12): Every submission beyond the time-frame prescribed by the law and up to the date of the submission of the Court Application, shall be burdened with a fixed penalty in the amount of \u20ac50,00 plus \u20ac1,00 for each day of delay with a cap penalty in the amount of \u20ac250,00.<\/li>\n<li>Notice with regards to the Transfer of Shares (HE 57): Every submission beyond the time-frame prescribed by the law, shall be burdened with a fixed penalty in the amount of \u20ac50,00 plus \u20ac1,00 for each day of delay with a cap penalty in the amount of \u20ac250,00.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT NOTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>The above penalties relate to changes the time-frame for the submission of which (prescribed in accordance to the provisions of the Law) is from 18\/12\/2019 onwards.
